NOAA Weather Center App Reviews

Ive owned this app for over a year. When it works its a great source for radar and hourly forecasts. But it often gets "confused" and locates me in a town at 70 miles away and wont allow any of the map overlays such as radar or satellite to be selected. The free app from the local tv station is more reliable.

I rely on this app to analze the individual storm cells in my area for hail, and tornadoes. I have had hail storms every year since 2011 and tornadoes touching down near me, while Ive had roofs replaced, this app lets me take my car to a gas station, and park it under the awning where the hail wont hurt it. This app has saved me a lot of heartbreak. Roofs can be replaced.

Highly recommend. App is user friendly, consistently performs without bugs. Prefer it over other weather apps. The radar is most handy. We live in a remote area and can watch progression of storms.

The app loads but as of today 7 Apr 2016, loading the data causes the app to return to OS. I have deleted and reloaded the program. Same problem. Please, fix.

App worked GREAT - until this week. On Tuesday, the storm cell function and storm report function on the map quit working. Today, the app now kicks me right back out when I try to use it. I have also received NO response to any of my communication to the developer. I hope they fix it soon. I kind of liked it. Used it a lot, especially in the summer.

This app is great when it works. Unfortunately it is very unstable. Emails to support are not returned.

This has been one of my favorite weather apps but lately it shuts down immediately after opening. Im noticing no current reviews and no updates? Whats going on?

App was expensive and very unstable. As if 4/7/16 (after IOS update 9.3.1) Wx Center does not run! It loads and displays for a seconds and crashes back to the OS! Garbage app and total waste of money. They better fix it asap, I highly DO NOT recommend this application. If its fixed and it runs reliability it is a good app. So I may update this review if they do their job and fix it!!!!!

Even after deleting and reinstalling several times, the app wont open. It just crashes repeatedly.

Wonderful app when not crashing. Started crashing March April 2016. May be my 4s iPhone, changes in iOS, or changes in data. Crashes during overlay data gathering. I get a 100% crash for the advisory overlay under map options.
